Mean = 38 Extremely Low Average Environmentally Very Caring &
s.d. = 13.5 Low Range Normal Friendly Proactive
High scorers (70 or higher)
You are a great person & friend to the Great Out Doors, a leader and an Ecologist in spirit and action.

Mid Range Scorers (21 to 69):
So far, perhaps the norm, you are going in the right direction but need ease & incentives to help ecologize more.

Low scorers (20 or lower)
It seems that you do little for our environment. Do you take it for granted or perhaps even trash it?

If others treated you the way you treat the environment, would you feel happy, sad or mad? The 21st Century may well bare witness to
the collective success or failure of our species. Our numbers may well double from six to twelve billion by 2100 with all the associated problems of mass production, consumption, pollution and destruction of our ecosystems.
Only ecologically proactive and environmentally friendly behaviors at both the individual and collective levels can secure the future for human kind. Alternatively, those who are especially self-centered, materialistic
and greedy may well secure for themselves front row seats: front row seats on the Titanic fated to meet a cold and clammy end. Ours is a challenge not only to be ecologically conscious and committed but also to become
pioneers and stewards from the fourth floor in the House of Emotology (Launier, 2000).
